Masthope Stables
Wind through the woods on horseback, visit the petting zoo, or take a riding lesson at Masthope Stables, one of the community's signature amenities.
Masthope stable staff cares for a herd of approximately 20 horses that are ready to go with pony rides, trail rides, arena rides and private lessons. Masthope Stables also offers a petting zoo, perfect for children. Daily rides are available all summer and a modified schedule is available throughout the rest of the year. Winter arena and pony rides are available during regular stable hours. Private riding lessons are also available year round. Reservations are required for trail rides. Rides and private lessons can be booked in advance by calling (570) 685-4427. Calls are accepted as early as 3:30pm on Sundays for a reservation for the upcoming week. Our petting zoo is open Wednesday thru Sunday. Reservations are not required to visit the zoo.
