A summer favorite, the pool complex sits atop Masthope Mountain adjacent to our beautiful mountain lodge and features two large pools.

The lodge is located at the top of Ski Big Bear and is a hub for many community happenings and events.

Located inside the lodge, The Summit serves up classic American fare and refreshing cocktails with a beautiful view of the Upper Delaware River valley.

Our private river access is located in the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River corridor and provides opportunity for watersports.

Remembrance Park is a peaceful and quiet area of Masthope, featuring a small fresh water pond near the entrance of the community.

The Dog Park is available to Masthope Property Owners. A registration fee/form must be processed at the Administration Office in order to utilize this amenity.

Masthope offers a variety of multi-use trails within the community. Enjoy ATVs, snowshoeing, hiking and more!

Public Safety is here to ensure the health, safety and security of all Masthope property owners, guests and renters.

The compactor is conveniently located at the top of the mountain. Trash and recycling can be disposed of at the Compactor with a valid Masthope Owner or Renter pass.

Staff at the POC Office assist property owners and guests with ID cards, permits, questions, area services and much more.

Our dedicated maintenance team maintains roads, amenities and landscaping.
